IMPD searching for man wanted in fatal shooting

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Police are searching for a man in connection to a fatal August shooting.

According to IMPD, a warrant has been issued for and officers are asking for help in the search for Jordan Taber.

On June 4, 2017, police say Fairley Griffie was shot and killed in the parking lot of Carriage West Apartments.

Taber is described as a black male standing 5’6″ tall, weighing 140 pounds. Officer believe Taber may be traveling between Indianapolis and Florence, Kentucky. He should also be considered armed and dangerous.
