Bitter cold air arrives tonight

After a nice, mild day, a sharp temp drop will begin.

THIS EVENING: A cold front will pass through the state this evening. Temps will begin to drop quickly and should be in the low to mid 30s by late evening. The weather will stay dry.

FRIGID OVERNIGHT, LAKE EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS NORTH?: Temps will drop into the mid 20s, however when you factor in the wind, it will feel like the middle teens when you wake up Friday morning! Are far northern counties could see some lake effect show showers overnight.

CHILLY FRIDAY! Friday’s highs will only reach the middle 30s! In case you were wondering, the coldest high temperature on record for November 10th is 28° set in 1933! There will be a decent amount of sunshine.

8-DAY FORECAST: The weekend will see temperatures improve a little bit, but still chilly. Highs will reach the mid 40s both Saturday and Sunday. Saturday will be dry, and Sunday will have scattered light rain showers. Most of next week will see temperatures climb back into the 50s with rain chances Wednesday and Friday.
