Kokomo teen dies following Miami Co. crash
MIAMI COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) — A Kokomo teenager is dead following a crash in Miami County Friday night.
It happened just before 10 p.m. on U.S. 31 when officials responded to a two vehicle crash.
Early investigations determined 18-year-old William Stonestreet II was driving a pickup truck eastbound on Cassville Road before he pulled into the path of a semi.
Stonestreet was flown to an area hospital where he later died from his injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
Drugs or alcohol are not believed to be a factor.
