Taking a swing at Beep Ball with Dick Wolfsie
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Each and every week Dick Wolfsie shares an interesting and exciting story that has a special connection to central Indiana.
This time, Wolfsie hung out on the west side at Extra Innings West with Darnell Booker with Indy Thunder to discover a game called Beep Ball.
Beep Ball is unique in that all the players are blind or visually impaired. They are alerted of the proximity of the ball due to the sound it makes.
Wolfsie even had his own chance on taking a swing at the game.
