Student discusses designing t-shirt to be sold in Gap Kids

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Eight children from across the county will have t-shirts they designed sold in Gap Kids stores.

It was all part of a contest that challenged kids to design a t-shirt that showed what kindness looked like to them.

Lydia Andrews and her teacher Shaun Pennington stopped by Daybreak Thursday.

They discussed the program, how long it took to create the design and why being kind to one another is so important.
