Preview of the 2017 Drumstick Dash
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Thanksgiving is a time for food, family and to show gratitude and appreciation for life’s blessings.
While some may take the opportunity to kick back, enjoy a delicious meal and some football, others are using the day to giveback to others.
Thousands will run or walk in this year’s Drumstick Dash for Wheeler Mission in Broad Ripple including 24-Hour News 8’s Drew Blair, Anthony Calhoun and Brad Maushart.
However, before the race, Drew talked to Steve Kerr, chief development officer for Wheeler Mission, about this year’s race and what could make it different from previous races.
