2 parts bourbon. 2 parts soda water. A few dashes of orange bitter and a bit more!

A holiday take on the classic Old Fashioned
2 Parts Bourbon
1 Parts St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
2 Parts Soda Water
4-5 Dashes orange Bitters
Orange of 1 Garnish
Ice
Directions:
Muddle the orange garnish with a splash of soda water in a shaker.
Add Bourbon, Dram, Bitters and Ice.
Shake well.
Add the remaining soda water.
Pour into a martini glass.
