Carmel police seek help locating man in connection to auto theft
CARMEL, Ind. (WISH) — The Carmel Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in finding a man they believe may be tied to a vehicle theft.
The man was last seen operating a white Dodge Ram 1500 truck.
