Teenager in critical condition following east side shooting
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A 16-year-old is in critical condition following a shooting on the city’s east side.
The shooting happened in the area of 42nd Street and Post Road around 1:30 Wednesday morning.
The victim was transported to Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital in critical, but stable condition. His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
It is currently unclear what led up to the shooting.
No suspect information has been released at this time.
The shooting remains under investigation.
