Easy, delicious Gingerbread cookies

He’s the smallest of chefs we’ve had in our kitchen but a BIG assistant to Shannon Anderson of Basically Buttercream and Cafe. 5-year-old Matthew Duprey helps teach us how to make Gingerbread cookies and shows us a few tricks to keep them soft, yummy and ready to eat!

Don’t forget, sales from the Gingerbread cookies help those in need during the holidays. You can also sign up for the “Angel Tree,” to provide Christmas for the families who might need a little extra help this year.

Basically Buttercream Cafe now has expanded hours! They’ll be open Wed-Sunday starting next week and will start serving brunch Jan 17th. They’re also set up on door dash, so now you can have cupcakes and lunch delivered to you!
