A very cold start to the morning with temperatures in the lower 20s and wind chills in the teens. We don’t improve much this afternoon with high temperatures struggling for some to make it into the 30s. A mainly dry day this afternoon with partly sunny skies. Bitterly cold night tonight with lows falling into the teens with wind chills nearing the single digits.
A sunny way to end the week with the next system not too far away! Highs for Friday hit the lower 30s before we see an increase in clouds cover late Friday with snow shower chances increase overnight.Most of the snow falls overnight into early Saturday morning with minor accumulations. Expect to see upwards of 1″ of snow with locally heavier amounts of about 2″. Roads will be sick because of the snow. Highs for the day will top out near 30s again throughout the afternoon. Snow showers start to become more scattered during the day and eventually move out Saturday evening.
