Warmer Tuesday, big changes down the road!

Today was a dreary day, but mild, with highs in the 40s. Warmer temps return Tuesday!

THIS EVENING: The weather will slowly improve during the evening in that rain and drizzle will gradually move out of the state. Temps will hold in the 40s.

PATCHY FOG AGAIN OVERNIGHT: Expect a very mild night. With lingering moisture, there will be pockets of fog developing again overnight into the morning hours Tuesday. Temps will drop only down to around 40°.

SUNSHINE RETURNS TUESDAY: After the patchy fog burns off, expect a lot of sunshine and very mild temperatures for Tuesday. Highs will reach the low to mid 50s!

WINTER WEATHER FOR CHRISTMAS? Mild temps will remain through Friday, when a powerful cold front will sweep into the state. Expect rain Friday, then perhaps changing to snow showers as colder air arrives. Saturday could see flurries. Sunday looks quiet for now. Heading into Christmas, there will be a storm system to keep a very close eye on. A strong SW track storm could set up shop in the region. Current projections keep the heaviest snow to our South and East and the medium-range models differ greatly, so a lot can change, so stay with us as we track the system over the next several days!
