Group working to find home for dog found in horrible conditions
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Rescuers are looking for a permanent home for a dog found in deplorable conditions in Muncie.
The group “Waldo’s Mutley Crew” is working to help Cindy Lou.
Susan Hobbs stopped by to talk about this story of survival with the group’s director Kathy Gilbert and Amy Kuehn who is currently fostering the dog.
