Preparing, surviving the impending time change
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Daylight Saving Time starts on Sunday.
At 2 in morning on Sunday, time will jump forward an hour. That means an hour less of sleep and it can be a difficult change for someone.
Dr. Shalini Manchanda, a sleep medicine physician at IU Health, stopped by “Midday” Thursday.
She provided tips on how to survive the time change.
