IFD deputy fire marshal hospitalized following crash
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — An employee with Indianapolis Fire Department was taken to the hospital Wednesday after she was involved in a crash.
The crash happened in the area of 29th and Illinois streets when a 24-year-old man ran a red light and collided with the deputy fire marshal.
Officials say the woman was “slightly injured” and was taken to IU Health Methodist for treatment.
The crash remains under investigation.
