Cooler, Dry Start to the Work Week

After a stormy start to the day, we’re still holding on to a few showers and storms this evening, mostly through the southern half of the state. That rain will move out entirely through the overnight, making for a great start to the work week.

Temperatures will drop into the upper 50s and low 60s tonight under mostly clear skies, so outside of the sunglasses, you might need a jacket as you head out the door.

We will hold on to a slim chance for an isolated shower or two through the day tomorrow, especially through northern Indiana, though the majority of us will stay dry with highs in the upper 70s, below average for what we typically see this time of year.

We’ll hold on to mostly dry conditions through mid-week with near or below average high temperatures.

Temperatures will rebound briefly Thursday as a south wind kicks in. The southerly breeze will push highs briefly back into the upper 80s and drive in more moisture which will go on to fuel our next best chance for showers and storms through the end of the week and next weekend.
