After a waterlogged work-week, a north wind has swept back in, and with it, we’ll enjoy a cool, dry start to the weekend.
Overnight lows will dip into the upper 50s to mid 60s by daybreak Saturday. With a north wind, highs will struggle to hit the low 80s tomorrow afternoon so get out and enjoy the sun!
Storm chances look to return as early as Sunday and some storms could be on the strong side with damaging winds and small hail. Flash flooding will also be an issue after the numerous rounds of storms we saw this week.
That round of storms will persist into the first half of Monday before we clear out again with highs remaining in the low 80s.
We’ll stay dry through the day Tuesday, but temperatures are set to skyrocket as winds begin to shift. Temps will climb into the low 90s Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday next week.
With rising temps, rain chances will also rise through next week with isolated storms both Wednesday and Thursday with better chances for storms towards the tail end of the forecast.
