Another cold night, then expect a bit milder temps for the weekend

Another night of cold temps expected in central Indiana.

THE ZONE 8 FOOTBALL FORECAST / EVENING: Expect a very cold night with a light breeze.  After sunset, temps will quickly drop into the upper 20s, so bundle up!

OVERNIGHT:  Lows will drop into the low to mid 20s once again, and a light breeze will put wind chill values in the teens.

SATURDAY:  The good news is that it won’t be quite as cold, the bad news is that it will be below normal once again.  Expect a mix of sun and clouds with highs in the mid 40s.

RAIN CHANCES SUNDAY:  In the morning, far northern parts of the area could see a few snow showers mixed in.  By late morning, all areas will have scattered light rain shower chances.  Highs will reach the mid 40s.

MILDER TEMPS RETURN TO THE 8-DAY FORECAST:  Back to the 50s!  However, it may not happen until Tuesday of next week.  We will see 50s through Friday, before a powerful storm system could bring rain and rain / snow chances Saturday.
