Head outside and enjoy some early December sunshine! We’ll see just a few clouds here and there through the rest of the day with highs in the upper 60s.
Just after sunset (5:51 p.m. specifically), look east-northeast as the only supermoon of 2017 rises over the horizon. As it is at its’ closest point to Earth in orbit, it will appear up to 15% larger and 30% brighter than other full moons we see during the year.
Wear a coat or jacket for supermoon viewing or if you’re just headed out this evening as temps slowly sink into the mid 40s before midnight and eventually into only the low 40s by early Monday morning.
Temperatures for tomorrow morning’s commute will be closer to what we typically see for highs this time of the year. Enjoy because it will be much more winter-like in central Indiana by the end of the week!
