Gradually clearing; cold temperatures tonight

Tumbling temperatures have been the big story across central Indiana, today.  Mid afternoon numbers are in the 30s across all of central Indiana – a huge swing from even just after Midnight, and a 20°-25° swing from 24 hours ago.

Cloud cover remains locked in for now – but some clear is taking place in northern and central portions of Illinois, which should start to work into central Indiana by late afternoon/early evening.

Winds remain strong this afternoon.  We should see the winds ease up a bit, but gusts between 10-15 mph, maybe as high as 20 mph will be possible for much of the evening and overnight.

Expect partly cloudy, to eventually main clear skies later this evening into the overnight.  Lows fall to the middle to upper 20s, with wind chills in the upper teens and lower 20s.
