In the wake of Friday’s wintry mess, much colder air has returned to central Indiana.
Temperatures this morning are running in the lower to middle teens across the area. Winds are settling a bit, but still sustained between 10-20 mph early this morning. We should see winds gradually decrease throughout the day.
Strong northerly flow is sparking lake effect snow bands in far northern Indiana. We will likely see at least some flurries from time to time in spots across the northern half of the state through this afternoon.
Highs top out in the lower to middle 20s later today.
