Man found dead in car on city’s east side
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – One man was found dead in his car on the city’s east side early Sunday morning.
According to police, a man appears to have been shot in a car near the intersection of East Washington Street and North Linwood Avenue around 4:30 a.m. Sunday.
Police said they do not know how many times the victim was shot in a 2002 gold Pontiac Grand Am.
After arriving on scene, the individual was pronounced dead by medics.
The name and identity of the victim has not been released.
An investigation into the deadly incident is ongoing.
