Backpack donations made through Teachers’ Treasures
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A thousand students here in Indianapolis have brand new backpacks.
The backpack giveaway took place Thursday at Teachers’ Treasures.
The donation was thanks to the Kids in Need Foundation and Tom’s of Maine.
The backpacks included school supplies and a personalized good-luck letter.
Tom’s of Maine will provide a total of 10,000 backpacks to students nationwide.
