Indiana’s tallest building up for sale

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Two prominent Indianapolis buildings are set to hit the market soon, and should attract plenty of interest from out-of-state investors.

The Indianapolis Business Journal says the 48-story Chase Tower and the 16-story PNC Center are generating interest because of downtown’s improving occupancy.

Chase Tower, which is the state’s largest office building, might fetch more than $200 million, according to brokers.

Back in December, a report from Cushman & Wakefield said Chase Tower was struggling to fill vacant space. The report stated the building had an occupancy rate of 68 percent at the end of October.
