Make-A-Wish, Stampede grant a teenager’s request

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The local Make-A-Wish Foundation granted a wish to Zoe, a 13-year-old from Mariah Hill, Ind.

Make-A-Wish learned that Zoe and her sister Alexandria are battling medical conditions that affect their ability to communicate..

They said Zoe wished for a TAPit system, which is an interactive touch communication system.

Make-A-Wish Indiana said Stampede Presentation Products, Inc. delivered Zoe’s wish to her home in December.

“We are so thankful for Make-A-Wish and Stampede for granting Zoe’s wish,” shared Zoe’s parents. “It is our goal to try to give the girls the best quality of life we can while we can. Our hope is that we can try to reestablish a little better communication with both girls through the TAPit…” provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
