Shooting near Chapel Oaks apartments leaves one critical
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – A person is in critical condition following a shooting near Chapel Oaks Apartments, police have confirmed.
Police responded to the shooting in the 1000 block of Buchanan Street, in Fort Wayne, after 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
WISH-TV sister station WANE News reported the victim was initially reported to be in serious condition, but his condition was downgraded to critical after arriving at a hospital.
