Armed robbery suspect evades police
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Police are asking for help in finding an armed robber who held up the Indy Lodge in November 2014.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police have reported that a white man went into the hotel at the 600 block of East Thompson Road on Nov. 22, 2014.
Police say he handed the attending clerk a note that read, “Give me the money in the drawer, it’s not a joke, I have a gun.”
The suspect then gestured to his stomach area and showed the clerk a black semi-automatic handgun.
The man then rant from the scene.
