Man attempts escape from Community Corrections
LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) – Tippecanoe Community Corrections is currently investigating an incident that happened near Sagamore Parkway and Schuyler Avenue Friday night.
Executive Director Dave Heath tells News 18 that one of the offenders was in a vehicle and tried to escape.
According to 24-Hour News 8 news partner, WLFI, authorities had to use a stun gun to restrain him.
One of the officers was slightly injured in the incident.
