Shelbyville police search for casino robbery suspect

SHELBYVILLE, Ind. (WISH) — Police are searching for a suspect after a woman was robbed and assaulted aft she won big at the Indiana Grand Casino.

Police in Shelbyville say they are looking for Vyctorya Dashay Deangela Cobb. According to police, Cobb is believed to be driving a Nissan Altima with Indiana plate WKR540

The victim, Miachun Glenn, said she was winning on the slot machines when she befriended a woman. The two gambled for hours, before deciding to travel together to Hollywood Casino in Lawrenceburg.  They continued to gamble throughout the night and into the next day.

After winning again, Glenn and her new friend headed back to Indiana Grand, when the woman attacked her and took Glenn’s bag of winnings. Glenn told 24-Hour News 8 that the woman tried to run her over with her car.

Anyone with information on Cobbs whereabouts should contact the Shebyville Police Department. Cobbs last known address was in Indianapolis on the city’s east side.
