Overseas child porn files prompt federal charges

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – The Allen County Prosecutor has dropped ten counts each of child exploitation and possession of child pornography against a man who was arrested following an undercover investigation.

Dillon Kingsbery will now be facing federal charges as investigators believe some of the more than 6,000 images found on his computer came from overseas.

Kingsbery, 30, was arrested in April after officials say they found thousands of files stored on different computer devices that involved child pornography, bestiality, and bondage. Officials said some of those images included victims previously identified by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

It’s unclear what will happen on the federal level.
