Chef Michael Leak creates a Mother’s Day brunch from CRG’s Stone Creek menu

Chef Michael Leak from Cunningham Restaurant Groups Stone Creek Greenwood creates Mother’s Day brunch items from their menu and General Manager Michael Brown offers up some special brunch cocktail ideas.

Quiche Lorraine

6 eggs

1 ½ c. cream

Salt and pepper to taste

Add to a pie crust:

Bacon

Sautéed onion

Swiss Cheese

Pour in egg mixture

Place in oven for about 35 to 40 minutes. Should have a nice brown color and does not shake in the center.

Mimosa

Triple sec ½ oz

Equal part Orange Juice and sparkling wineBloody Mary

1 ½ oz Vodka

Top with your favorite Bloody Mary Mix
