Custom guitar maker Rob Chapman performs

Guitar aficionados can meet and play with Rob Chapman of Chapman Guitars on May 15 (one day only) during the Chapman Guitars tour at Scotty’s Brewhouse Downtown on the Jefferson Plaza, 1 Virginia Ave. The event is FREE. Come play guitars that normally you just can’t get your hands on in Indiana. Meet Rob and Rabea and see them play and do demonstrations.

Rob Chapman is a British guitar player/singer/songwriter and guitar company owner. His YouTube channel has nearly 300,000 subscribers, which are the core of his business.

The cool differentiation between him and all the other small guitar companies is that all his models are designed collaboratively. When he started the company he asked his online following, “What do you guys want to build?” The response was huge and the first guitar was born.

The owner of Riff City Guitars in Minnesota brought Rob over from England to go in a tour bus and put on guitar test clinics. They are doing an eight-city tour where anyone (all ages) can turn up and try out all of the guitars they sell. The closest place to test drive a Chapman Guitar is Minnesota and the next closest is Texas. This tour is a rare opportunity that is not to be missed by any guitar enthusiast.
