Kids track tradition continues
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The track tradition of ‘Lemonade Day’ happened at the IMS on Saturday.
Learning how to run a business is never a bad idea, so 10 lucky kids were paired with drivers to sell lemonade in the plaza of the pagoda.
There are many aspects and facets of a business one must think through in order to be successful.
The stands were themed after the Indy 500 drivers, in hopes to instill the entrepreneurial spirit in children.
A portion of the proceeds went to benefit a charity of the driver’s choice.
