Man sentenced to 60 years for east side shooting death
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The man charged with the shooting death of Timothy Guyton was sentenced in court on Thursday.
Anthony Middleton, 39, was sentenced to 60 years, according to court records.
Police arrested Middleton for the murder of Guyton one day after the shooting. Guyton was shot in the 900 block of North Rural Street on Saturday on Aug. 16.
Police say an argument broke out between Guyton and Middletown. Both of the men knew each other.
