NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (WISH) — A former choir director accused of having inappropriate sexual relations with two students has been arrested again.

Court documents show Michael Douce was arrested for invasion of privacy.

Authorities say he violated a no contact order with one of the victims.

Douce was let go from the school district after the mother of one of the victims contacted school administrators.

He’s expected in court August 6 for a change of plea hearing.

A trial for the invasion of privacy charge is scheduled for November. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
