Connersville man arrested, charged with multiple drug-related felonies

CONNERSVILLE, Ind. (WISH) — A Connersville man was arrested Wednesday and charged with multiple felonies related to a drug investigation, according to Indiana State Police.

Police served a search warrant at a home in the 2300 block of Ohio Avenue in Connersville around 10 p.m. Wednesday.

David Ash, 27, was arrested and charged with dealing marijuana, a level six felony; possession of a schedule II controlled substance, a level six felony; neglect of a dependent child, a level six felony; maintaining a common nuisance, a level six felony; possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, both misdemeanor charges.

Police say the investigation is ongoing and additional arrests are possible. Anyone with information about illegal drug use is encouraged to call the Pendleton Post at 1-800-527-4752.
