Two arrested in Bloomington on drug charges

BLOOMINGTON,Ind. (WISH) – Police have arrested John Payne, 45 of Bloomington and Nicole Rayn, 42, of Heltonville on drug charges.

During a routine traffic stop, near South Walnut Street and Winslow Road, police discovered over 60 grams of methamphetamine inside the vehicle.

Police also discovered over $7,000 in cash during the search.

Both Ryan and Payne were transported to Monroe County jail and charged with Deadling in Methamphetamine over 10 grams and Possession of Methamphetamine over 28 grams, both felonies.
