Man dies in Miami Co. motorcycle crash
MIAMI COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) — A Rochester man was killed in a motorcycle crash early Saturday morning, according to Indiana State Police.
It happened around 1:15 a.m. on U.S. 31 near County Road 1200 North in Miami County.
Trooper say 24-year-old Phillip Nicklaus was thrown from his bike after braking for an unknown reason.
Troopers say he wasn’t wearing a helmet.
He died at the scene, according to police.
