Indianapolis-based company celebrates major milestone
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – One Indianapolis company is celebrating something pretty special.
Allison Transmission, on the city’s west side, is celebrating their one 100th anniversary.
To commemorate the special occasion, the company is planning a big party for current and former employees.
Melissa Sauer, the company’s Executive Director of Corporate Affairs and Communications, stopped by recently.
She talked about the company’s history, how the company has changed over the years, and about the big celebration that’s being planned.
The big party will include live music and even some special guests.
