Powerball ticket worth $1 million sold in Terre Haute
TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) – One Powerball ticket worth $1 million was sold in Terre Haute.
The winning ticket was sold at Jiffy Mini Mart located at 1301 Poplar Street.
Also, two other tickets were sold in Terre Haute, worth $50,000. That’s according to Indiana lottery officials. It wasn’t clear were those were sold.
No other tickets worth that much were sold in the state.
The winning numbers were 4-8-19-27-34 and Powerball 10.
At least three winning tickets were sold in a record $1.5 billion Powerball drawing, including one in Florida, one in Tennessee and one in suburban Los Angeles, a California lottery official said.The Associated Press contributed to this story.
