Pop-Up Play event is art fun for little ones
Get those little ones ready for a day of fun! Indy’s Child Magazine announced yesterday the launch of their 2016 POP-UP Play event series, which will take place monthly. Some may think of them as playdates, others may call them meetups, but really, they’re just FUN! They’re also a chance to connect parents and Indy’s Child readers to local businesses and organizations offering family-friendly activities. Best part is that all of these events will be FREE!
Here are the details of the first event:
The first POP-UP takes place on Saturday, 2/6. Indy’s Child Magazine has partnered with the Arts Council of Indianapolis to highlight their upcoming “Young Collectors Show.” It’s an art show specifically curated for children ages 3-12. For 2 hours on February 6th, families are invited to visit Gallery 924 , interact with artists through activities, enjoy a scavenger hunt, use magnifying glasses to inspect the art from a kid’s perspective and of course, see the art.
