‘Pursuit of Progress’ previews 100th running of the Indy 500
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The red carpet had many celebrities at the ‘Pursuit of Progress’ event on Friday.
The Indianapolis 500 is celebrating the 100th running of the race this year.
Laura Steele is an Indianapolis correspondent for WISH-TV.
She is no stranger to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, she has been a part of events at the track for 12 years.
Steele was the track’s first female public address announcer.
