Jail employee arrested following domestic dispute

JACKSON COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) – A Jackson County jail employee is out of a job after a domestic dispute with his wife, according to police.

24-Hour News 8’s partners at the Seymour Tribune say on Sunday night 36-year-old David E. Drake threatened his wife with a gun, according to a police report.

Police say the domestic dispute happened when his wife came home after work with the couple’s children. The wife recorded some of the argument.

Drake was later arrested on preliminary charges of intimidation with a deadly weapon and pointing a fire arm.
