Rain arriving for some Sunday evening
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Sunday afternoon was warm and windy across central Indiana, with all areas recording temperatures in the 60s.
Winds have been howling, gusting over 50 mph at times across portions of the region.
A weak system will race through the state Sunday evening, squeezing out scattered light showers to the area.
Rain will likely arrive around the Indianapolis metro between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. Rain will exit the state shortly after midnight.
Rain totals will be relatively light, staying well below a quarter of an inch.
