Jane King talks major air bag recall, Meijer store renovations

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Toyota has added more than 350,000 vehicles to the Takata air bag recall.  The expanded recall affects 2008 corollas as well as 2008 to 2010 Lexus SC430 vehicles.

The defective  air bags have the potential to send metal shards into passengers.

One supermarket chain is getting an expensive face lift.  Meijer is expected to invest nearly $400 million in renovations and new stores. Places like Indianapolis and Fort Wayne are some of those locations expected to be apart of the remodel.

The new stores are also expected bring more than 300 full and part-time jobs in the new additions.
