D’Qwell Jackson fined in parking spot scuffle

WASHINGTON (WISH) – Indianapolis Colts linebacker D’Qwell Jackson has been ordered to pay a fine after he was arrested in Washington D.C. in 2015.

Jackson, 32, was charged with simple assault for assaulting a pizza deliveryman on Feb. 3 2015.

A judge found Jackson guilty of the misdemeanor. According to the Washington Post, Jackson was fined $1,000.

The incident occurred in a private parking spot near his condo in D.C. The police report states that the victim was struck on his face and head because the victim took Jackson’s parking spot.

The driver also filed a $1.5 million suit against Jackson. That case was still pending.
