Surveillance photo released in Chase Bank armed robbery
LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) – The Lafayette Police Department released a surveillance photo pertaining to Wednesday’s armed robbery at Chase Bank.
The robbery occurred Wednesday at the Chase Bank, 1400 Teal Road, in Lafayette just before 3 p.m. The man walked in and displayed a firearm and demanded money. He got away with an undisclosed amount of cash and fled east on Teal Road.
The person of interest is described as a 5-foot-8 to 6-foot male, with a thin build. He was wearing a red sweatshirt at the time of the incident.
Police also believe he possibly left in a silver vehicle.
The investigation remains ongoing.
