Debate over proposed bar in Fountain Square continues
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The debate over a proposed bar in Fountain Square continues.
An appeal hearing was held Wednesday morning on a plan to bring a bar and restaurant in the neighborhood.
Fountain Taps would open in a building along Virginia Avenue and Woodlawn Avenue.
The owners introduced the plan about a year ago.
The plan stalled after backlash from some neighbors who said they are concerned about the new business creating parking and other issues.
