Woman hospitalized after burn injuries
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A domestic dispute turned violent when a man burned a woman early Thursday morning.
Police and fire responders were called to a scene on the 3000 block of North Kenwood Avenue on the near north side around midnight.
Police say a man tried to throw gasoline on an electrical meter on the back of the house with a milk carton full of gasoline.
The woman was burned in the resulting fire and was transported to the hospital.
She was conscious and walking before going to the hospital.
Her condition is unclear.
