New Smilemobile, same mission
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A new smilemobile made a debut Monday.
The vehicle is dedicated to bringing brighter smiles to kids across Marion County.
It’s operated by the Dental Services program.
During the year, the smilemobile goes around to Marion County schools offering dental care to children in grades K through 8th.
It also provides outreach services at health fairs, community centers and other clinics.
This new unit replaces the old one that kicked off the program more than 17 years ago.
